3. Force Majeure Conditions

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, weather issues, or emergencies, refunds or travel credits will depend on hotel and transport policies.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Date or vehicle changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges. Last-minute changes may not be accepted.

6. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not report at the pickup point without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
