  • Booking will be confirmed only after receiving 50% advance; remaining balance must be paid before the travel date.
  • Hotel check-in & check-out time will strictly follow hotel policy.
  • Any personal expenses, extra meals, activities, or sightseeing not mentioned in the package will be chargeable.
  • All transfers & sightseeing will be done by 12-Seater Tempo Traveller as per the itinerary.
  • Special permits (like Kedarnath, Yamunotri, eco-pass, forest entry, etc.) are to be arranged as per government rules and may be chargeable.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • More than 15 days before the journey: 25% cancellation charge
    • 7–15 days before the journey: 50% cancellation charge
    • Less than 7 days before the journey: 100% cancellation charge
  • Company is not responsible for delays due to landslides, traffic, weather conditions, or natural calamities.
  • Travelers must carry valid government photo ID for hotel check-in and verification.
  • In case of force majeure (roadblock, strike, weather issues), itinerary may be changed for safety reasons without prior notice.
