All bookings with S S Rana Tour and Travels are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Customers must pay 25% of the total tour amount as an advance payment at the time of booking.
Booking confirmation will be provided only after receipt of the advance payment.
At the time of vehicle pick-up or tour commencement, 50% of the total tour cost must be paid.
The remaining 25% balance amount must be cleared before the return journey begins.
Failure to follow the payment schedule may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
Payments can be made through Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, or Online Payment Gateway.
All payments must be completed on time to ensure smooth service delivery.
Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out
will be provided only if available and may attract additional charges.
Sightseeing is subject to local conditions such as weather, traffic, government regulations,
monument closures, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes in itinerary will be managed in the
best possible way without any refund.
The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities,
strikes, or any circumstances beyond its control. Personal belongings are the responsibility of
the guest at all times.
Cancellation charges, if any, will be applicable as per company policy and hotel norms.
No refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, or early departure.
Important Note:
Guests are requested to carry valid photo identification during the tour. By confirming the booking,
the customer agrees to all the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
