Day 1: Overnight Journey from Delhi to Manali

Evening: Gather at the Delhi boarding point (Majnu ka Tilla / ISBT Kashmiri Gate) around 5:30 PM–6:30 PM and board your AC Volvo bus for Manali.
Overnight: Sit back, relax, and enjoy a fun-filled overnight road journey with your gang as you travel towards the beautiful mountains of Manali.

Day 2: Arrival in Manali & Local Sightseeing

Morning: Arrive at the Manali Bus Stand and transfer to your hotel via group cabs. Check in, freshen up, and enjoy a delicious breakfast before beginning your day.
Afternoon: Head out for a relaxed group orientation and local sightseeing. Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, nestled amidst ancient pine trees, followed by Vashisht Village, famous for its natural hot sulfur springs. Continue to Van Vihar for a peaceful forest walk along the Beas River, perfect for relaxing and spending time with the group.

Day 5: Morning at Leisure & Departure to Delhi

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out by 11:00 AM. Luggage can be safely stored at the front desk while you enjoy your remaining time in Manali.
Afternoon: Spend some relaxed time with the team through café hopping in Old Manali or enjoy last-minute souvenir shopping at Mall Road.
Evening: Transfer to the Manali Bus Stand and board your return AC Volvo bus between approximately 4:30 PM–5:30 PM for the overnight journey back to Delhi.
Next Day Early Morning: Arrive in Delhi refreshed, carrying wonderful memories and unforgettable moments from the team getaway.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings with S S Rana Tour and Travels are subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers must pay 25% of the total tour amount as an advance payment at the time of booking. Booking confirmation will be provided only after receipt of the advance payment.

At the time of vehicle pick-up or tour commencement, 50% of the total tour cost must be paid. The remaining 25% balance amount must be cleared before the return journey begins. Failure to follow the payment schedule may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

Payments can be made through Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, or Online Payment Gateway. All payments must be completed on time to ensure smooth service delivery.

Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out will be provided only if available and may attract additional charges.

Sightseeing is subject to local conditions such as weather, traffic, government regulations, monument closures, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes in itinerary will be managed in the best possible way without any refund.

The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond its control. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest at all times.

Cancellation charges, if any, will be applicable as per company policy and hotel norms. No refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, or early departure.

Guests are requested to carry valid photo identification during the tour. By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to all the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
