S S Rana Tour and Travels – Thailand Tour Packages (Bangkok & Pattaya)

1. Package Coverage: This package is applicable only to the destinations mentioned in the confirmed itinerary, namely Bangkok and Pattaya, Thailand. Any additional destinations, sightseeing, activities or services not included in the itinerary will be chargeable separately.

2. No Refund Policy: All bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed and payment has been received. No refund will be provided for cancellations, unused services, missed sightseeing, hotel stays, transfers, meals, activities or early departure by guests.

3. Airport Transfers: Airport pick-up and drop services will be provided according to the flight details shared at the time of booking. Any flight delay, change or cancellation must be communicated immediately. Additional waiting charges may apply.

4. Passenger Details: The package price is based on the number of guests and details provided at the time of quotation. Any change in the number of passengers may result in additional charges or a revised package price.

5. Hotel Accommodation: All hotels, room categories and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar-category alternative hotel may be provided.

6. Itinerary Changes: No changes or modifications will be accepted within 72 hours of arrival. Once the tour has started, no itinerary changes will be permitted. Any additional services requested by guests will be chargeable separately.

7. Flight Details: Guests must share confirmed flight tickets and arrival/departure details at the time of booking. S S Rana Tour and Travels will not be responsible for additional charges, missed services or penalties resulting from flight schedule changes.

8. Travel Documents: Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas (where applicable), travel documents and other required entry documents for Thailand. Any immigration refusal or entry restriction is the guest's responsibility.

9. Quotation Validity: All quotations are valid for 5 working days only and are subject to availability and price changes without prior notice until booking confirmation.

10. Tour Services: All services will be provided as per the final confirmed voucher and itinerary. No refund will be provided for services not used by the guest.

11. Force Majeure: S S Rana Tour and Travels will not be responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, adverse weather, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, airline disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control. Any applicable charges will be subject to the respective service provider's policy.

12. Guest Responsibility: Guests must follow local laws, hotel rules, tour timings and instructions provided by the tour coordinator or driver.

MODE OF PAYMENT

1. 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

2. 40% of the total package amount must be paid at least 14 days before the tour departure date.

3. The remaining 10% must be paid before the end of Day 1 of the tour.

4. For bookings made within 21 days of departure, 100% payment may be required as per the payment deadline communicated at the time of booking.

5. One scanned passport copy or other required ID document must be provided for hotel and travel arrangements.

6. Payments can be made through NEFT, IMPS, Google Pay, UPI and PhonePe.

7. Cash and cheque collection facilities are available in Delhi, subject to confirmation.

8. All payments must be made to the authorized account or payment details shared by S S Rana Tour and Travels.

CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY

STRICTLY NO REFUND – THAILAND TOUR PACKAGES (BANGKOK & PATTAYA)

1. All confirmed Thailand tour bookings are strictly non-refundable.

2. Once the booking is confirmed and the advance payment is received, cancellation by the guest will not be eligible for any refund.

3. No refund will be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons, change of plans, health issues, visa rejection, passport issues, flight cancellations or failure to travel.

4. No refund will be provided for unused hotel nights, transfers, sightseeing tours, meals, activities or any other pre-booked services.

5. No refund or compensation will be provided for late arrival, missed transfers, missed sightseeing or early departure.

6. Any changes to travel dates, passenger names, hotels or itinerary will be subject to availability and additional charges. Changes are not guaranteed.

7. In case of cancellation or service disruption by an airline, hotel, transport company or local service provider, any refund or adjustment will be strictly subject to the respective supplier's written cancellation and refund policy.

8. Any additional cancellation charges, amendment fees or penalties imposed by third-party service providers will be payable by the guest.

9. Guests are advised to carefully review the complete itinerary, hotel details, travel dates and package inclusions before confirming their booking.
